“I SEE Music” is a series of love letters to my two great romances: music + design. And you’re invited to read along. You voyeur, you.
When you feel the fear and push on
tasting the lust that lingers
pushing through
- from where you used to stand -
you need to hold the course
keep moving, thrusting forward
- from where you used to stand -
reaching
pulsing forward, resting, pulsing forward
but always moving.
And when it’s only you and your desire
shining in the moonlight,
alone and silent on the wandering path
You must keep pulsing forward.

Because sooner or later, you’ll arrive right where you need to be.
And you might find, if you look up, that the path was always right before you,
leading
- from where you used to stand -
So
KEEP MOVING.

I design for the senses. The eyes AND the ears. Here are just a few of my client's inspirations.

First this is beautiful. BUT more importantly, while having a convo with my friend at bedtime and both of us talking about how we felt the need to leave our homes when we wanted undistracted peace…
and the realization that THAT is soooo wrong…
I, of course, thought of you.
She and I didn’t want to face the clutter, didn’t have a room that felt serene, quiet, neat, spare to meditate, dream, read, or just sit in. And again, I thought of you.
And just how wrong that is, especially since my friend has the rooms to make that happen.
So, you are seeping in my friend.

SOO lovely, thank you.
And SOO critical… this space. And what you need may be different than what I need and different again from what your friend needs. The point being that we all need something – and if we don’t have it, we’re, well… in need.
Never a cool place to be.
Sometimes it’s as simple as saying, “fine… one junk room”, and then loading it up to the rafters (if need be) to give yourself the breathing room you need everywhere else. Then you can get to it on your terms. When it suits you. And in the meantime, give yourself a liitle “AHHHH”.
Heaven knows we all need a little of that.
Cheers.
